They should be as smart as Claude's Sonnet at least and try making them as smart as Opus.
It is not even close to Claude Code for my workflows and programming sessions in terms of code quality and how many times I have to tell it to fix something before it actually does so. Furthurmore, it lacks the Skills that make claude really a gangster for coding especially in web design. With that being said, I hope this suggestion gets taken seriously and Codex's coding capabilities are improved.
