Bug Report: Created App Disappeared from my Apps Page
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. On ChatGPT page, click Apps.
  2. Look under Featured Tab
`Expected Result`
  1. The "Maxisafe NetSuite Connector Production" should appear.
`Actual Result`
  1. The "Maxisafe NetSuite Connector Production" is missing.

As of yesterday, the app was still visible (see screenshot below), but it is no longer showing today.
