Bug Report: Screen blank while regenerating a response on GPT 5.3 instant

`Steps to Reproduce`

Click "Try again" on web to regenerate a response from the bot

`Expected Result`

I should be able to watch the chat animation as it generates a message and be able to continue chatting without refreshing my page.

`Actual Result`

The entire reply gives a blank screen, but it's actively streaming the generation invisibly. If I don't refresh the window after it stops generating, I get "Something went wrong" under my message, and it remains invisible. I have to refresh my screen to see the response.

Mac OS Tahoe 26.3.1(a), Google Chrome browser
