Bug Report: Business workspace empty
`Steps to Reproduce`

I created the workspace and it is not showing anything, showed me error while creating and then when I go to the admin page all options are blank

`Expected Result`

The page should allow me to add new members, change, permissions, etc

`Actual Result`

The page loads but the content is empty
