Bug Report: Spotify integration missing on Desktop/Web, but available mobile anyway
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT on an Android device (Samsung Galaxy A20e) and verify that the Spotify integration is visible in "Connected Apps" and the App list.

  2. Log in to the same ChatGPT account (Free tier) on a Desktop browser (Windows 10) or the Windows Desktop App.

  3. Navigate to Settings > Connected Apps or try to find the Spotify App in the directory.

  4. Attempt to access the direct connector URL: https://chatgpt.com/apps/spotify/connector_68de829bf7648191acd70a907364c67c on the Desktop browser.

`Expected Result`

The Spotify integration should be visible, synced, and accessible on all platforms (Web, Desktop App, and Mobile). The direct URL should load the Spotify connector page on Desktop.

`Actual Result`
  • Spotify integration is completely missing from the UI on Desktop/Web.

  • The direct connector URL returns a 404 Error on Desktop, while it works perfectly on Mobile.

  • Connection status does not sync between Mobile and Desktop.

  • (Optional Note: On Mobile, the Spotify entry appears twice in the list for unknown reasons).

`Environment`

Account Type: Free Region: Poland (EU) Mobile OS: Android (Samsung Galaxy A20e) Desktop OS: Windows 10 Browsers tested: Chrome (Desktop) ChatGPT App Version: Windows - 1.2026.43, Android 1.2026.090 (5)

my main question is: it is a bug, or just a limitation and Spotify connector is only available on mobile ChatGPT?
