Bug Report: ChatGPT Plus error
`Steps to Reproduce`

I sent ChatGPT plus a image and he said the image is glitching and he doesn’t focus what I’m talking about and there’s no glitches to me

`Expected Result`

Expected was ChatGPT sees the image and no glitches

`Actual Result`

He said there’s glitches in the image and for me no glitches
