Bug Report: Images appears corrupted on ChatGPT's end, but was not originally corrupted on my end.
`Steps to Reproduce`

Just send am image.

`Expected Result`

That it would analyze the image correctly.

`Actual Result`

"That image looks heavily glitched or corrupted—there are blocky artifacts and fragmented visuals, which makes it impossible to clearly identify what’s supposed to be shown."

Or just simply give me COMPLETELY different image analysis, that is NOWHERE near the one i uploaded.
