Bug Report: Model/reasoning picker missing in macOS app Projects view, but available for the same Project on web
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open ChatGPT in the macOS app.
    2. Open a personal Project, for example “Musikrapport”.
    3. Open a chat inside that Project.
    4. Compare the UI with:
    • a normal non-Project chat in the macOS app, where GPT-5.4 Thinking is selectable
    • the same Project on chatgpt.com, where the reasoning option (“Utökat resonerande”) is visible
    5. Observe that the Project chat in the macOS app does not show the equivalent model/reasoning picker.
`Expected Result`

The macOS app Project view should expose the same model/reasoning selection as other supported clients, or clearly indicate the active mode/model.
For the same personal Project, Thinking/reasoning should be available in the macOS app just like it is on web.

`Actual Result`

In the macOS app, the Project chat does not show the model/reasoning picker.
In a normal chat on the same macOS app, GPT-5.4 Thinking is available.
In the same Project on chatgpt.com, the reasoning option (“Utökat resonerande”) is available.
This creates a clear parity gap between web and macOS app for Projects.
