Bug Report: Recents now showing up
`Steps to Reproduce`

I was having trouble with ChatGPT being buggy on my laptop, and I thought it was because I was logged in on my phone at the same time so I go to log out of my account on my phone and then when I try to log back in my recent aren’t showing up

`Expected Result`

I was hoping by the time I logged out and then logged back in everything would be fine and everything would show up but the recent tab just keeps loading forever and I tried logging out and going back in multiple times and it’s not fixing it
