Bug Report: Website UX Bug
`Steps to Reproduce`

Hover the ChatGPT button in the top left on chatgpt.com (top left when not considering sidebar), and when you "un-hover", the chat gets scrolled up in a laggy manner.

`Expected Result`

No scrolling or effect on the chat whatsoever

`Actual Result`

The chat (messages) get scrolled up in a laggy and frustrating way.

`Environment`

Windows 11, Microsoft Edge (Latest stable version of both)
