Bug Report: Sora problem..

Hi i want to report a bug i bought PRO and i want to use sora - sora says free plan but i can generate videos wihtou limit something dont work great ? i want to use sora 2 ! but i cant switch i think i have a bug with he website? i restarted cache cleaned, privat browser all no success... i bought before 2 hours like chatgpt is on pro but sora still on free plan.... can you help me with that maybe? thanks!

@simple oar takes some time to refresh. You could also try signing out/ back in, which helps sometimes. But I assume it's already added your account on Sora.

Also a quick note, "Sora" that's mentioned in all the plans is NOT Sora 2, but old Sora (Sora 1).

Pro users get 100 (video) generations per day on Sora 2.

Another note, just so you are aware, Sora (1+2) is going away entirely soon. (The website and mobile apps will he unusable after the 26th of this month | the API will be available until the 24th of September)

But I see you're from Germany, so if you're not using a VPN, you will not have access to Sora 2.

so it might revert the web back to sora 1 and can still generate videos if sora 2 mobile app and website are unusable in april 26 2026

After the 26th, both Sora 1 and 2 will be gone entirely. Like fully disappeared, obliterated, poof gone, unavailable...
