Bug Report: Custom GPT code interpreter doesn’t work on non-creator accounts when knowledge files are added
`Steps to Reproduce`

Build a Custom GPT in one non-business ChatGPT Pro account. Enable the data analysis / code interpreter. Ask it to do something requiring the code interpreter. Add one or multiple knowledge files (xlsx, pdf, txt - all have reproduced). Try it out on the custom GPT creator's account, and then on any other non-business or business ChatGPT Pro account. Ensure the prompt will require the code interpreter be used.

`Expected Result`

The code interpreter runs without error in the custom GPT.

`Actual Result`
