`Steps to Reproduce`

upgrade the plan from plus to pro via the upgrade your plan at web chat gpt, and the second at add card for billing method at stripe

`Expected Result`

to updrade from plus to pro , and take the card for the pays..

`Actual Result`

Payment error. Your card may be invalid or authentication may be needed.

and Your card have been declined

Your card have been declined

I have test different , browser , icognito mode cleared catch and cookies, whitelsit open ai , chat gpt and stripe , used phone and data , called the bank , cancel the renewal nothing worked
