Bug Report: Can't delete a chat
`Steps to Reproduce`

Click the chat history,
Select chat title or click long the title,
Choose delete,
The chat deleted

`Expected Result`

The chat deleted and won't return

`Actual Result`

The deleted chat dissapear briefly and then listed back on the chat history but when clicked there's prompt "Chat xxxxx can't be found"
