Bug Report: edit button gone for earlier messages
`Steps to Reproduce`

generate a multi-turn conversation on chatgpt, web version

`Expected Result`

should be able to edit any previous prompt and fork conversation

`Actual Result`

edit button only available for latest prompt

windows 11, chrome

For me, it isn't always all the earlier nodes in the conversation tree, but a significant number of them are now missing the edit button regardless.
