Bug Report: Random Arabic text shows up in English outputs
`Steps to Reproduce`

This happens at random, but when it happens to me, it's usually when Iran is mentioned in a conversation. However, the random Arabic words are many times uncorrelated to Iran

`Expected Result`

Answers in English, as I requested (even included in prompt for custom GPT)

`Actual Result`

Random words are replaced with Arabic, sometimes 1 or 2 words, sometimes none - it's the correct word too, but it's just in Arabic instead of English
For example, when talking about recent economic performance, it randomly substituted Germany with the Arabic word ألمانيا
Also, in the worst offender out of all of the examples, 4 random words were replaced with Arabic words - 2 instances of "expected" (talking about economic output), "the dollar", and "the markets", all about US market no Iran
