Bug Report: Sora “Unable to generate / Unable to process request” on web and mobile
`Steps to Reproduce`
Open Sora on web or mobile.
Enter a prompt and try to generate a video.
The issue can happen with simple prompts and also with remix.
Sometimes 2–3 videos generate successfully, then the error returns.
Retry generation and the same error appears again.
`Expected Result`
Sora should process the request normally and start generating the video.
`Actual Result`
Sora shows “Unable to generate” / “Unable to process request” and the video does not generate.
