Bug Report: 5.4 Pro doesn't work on the ChatGPT website.
`Steps to Reproduce`

In the new UI, 5.4 Pro doesn’t work on the ChatGPT website. It acts like an instant model.

`Expected Result`

It should think and then give me the result.

it doesn't think at all and just gives me the answer instantly.
