Bug Report: 5.4 response cut off
`Steps to Reproduce`
Use standard voice to talk to 5.4. During longer chats eventually you often only get the short explanation of why its doing research or thinking. Never it's answer.
The voice system will read back the second part, but it will never write it in chat. There is no indication if it's written.
Responses never appear even if chat is refreshed or accessed somewhere else.
`Expected Result`
When using standard voice with all models the entire response will always be written in chat. No lost data.
`Actual Result`
For example one response only read, nothing else:
I’m checking the current, boringly real version of how constitutional training works so we don’t accidentally build your monster house on wet cardboard.
I heard the rest of the response but I couldn't go back to review it later.
