Bug Report: Atlas 'save to file' button when viewing a PDF doesn't actually save the file
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open a webpage showing a PDF file
  2. Click the 'download' button top right
  3. Enter details of the intended target
  4. Click save
`Expected Result`

File should be created

`Actual Result`

No file is created, not in the selected destination or anywhere else that is obvious to the user (desktop, downloads etc).
