Bug Report: Attachments and Create Images still disabled
`Steps to Reproduce`

Refreshed
Cleared Cache
Cleared Cookies

`Expected Result`

Returned as Greyed out and it still extending date to April 14

`Actual Result`

I wanted to attach some files and Images to GPT but it still disabled and unavailable.
