Bug Report: Image count badge renders above top bar and input box (z-index layering issue)
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. Open a ChatGPT conversation containing a reply with multiple images.
  2. Scroll the page so that the image carousel moves near the top bar or the input box.
  3. Observe the image count badge.
  4. The badge appears above the top bar or input area instead of being constrained within the message container.
`Expected Result`

The image count badge should remain within the stacking context of the message content and should not appear above global UI elements such as the top bar or the input box.

`Actual Result`

The badge is rendered with a higher z-index than global UI components and visually overlaps the top bar and input box during scrolling.
