`Steps to Reproduce`

Download a fixed file that chatgpt uploaded

so as an a example from my image "nava_startup_activation_fix_retry.zip"

`Expected Result`

To download the fixed file

"nava_startup_activation_fix_retry.zip"

`Actual Result`

"Failed to get upload status for /mnt/data/nava_startup_activation_fix_retry.zip
