Bug Report: GPT 5.4 can't access the stored memories in projects
`Steps to Reproduce`
My GPT seems unable to properly access the stored memories in projects. Yesterday with version 5.1, it worked fine. I could access the reminders normally. Now, in a new chat with version 5.4, it seems 5.4 can't access the persistent reminders in projects. outside of projects it works fine. I've tried various things, like logging out and back in, but ultimately, it has nothing to do with the nutrition reminder and accessing it. So, something seems to be wrong somewhere.
