Bug Report: Project files marked expired in old chats after message edit
`Steps to Reproduce`
1 Upload project files and use them in a chat.
2 During a system incident affecting file uploads/downloads, the files stop working and appear as expired, after uploading an image or a file directly in chat.
3 After the incident is resolved, open a new chat → the files work again.
4 Return to the older chat → the files also work again.
5 Edit an earlier message (from time when the issue still existed) in the old chat → the files become unreadable again
`Expected Result`
Files that still exist in the project should remain accessible in all chats that reference them, even after a system incident or after editing messages in the chat or after sending a file inside the chat.
`Actual Result`
After editing an earlier message in the chat, project files become unreadable and appear as expired, even though the same files still work in other chats.
