Bug Report: Generated files cannot be downloaded on the ChatGPT Windows app, even though they can be on the web
`Steps to Reproduce`

Using the Windows app (Windows store, update Feb 13, 2026)
Ask ChatGPT Auto to generate a file ("generate a downloadable file containing ..."), and try to download it : the hover text says it tries to start the download but it never arrives.
Using the Web access (Chrome, etc.) https://chatgpt.com/, find the session you were working on with the app, the file can be downloaded.
The same behavior difference occurs whether there's a file preview available or not

`Expected Result`

Being able to download the generated files with the Windows app, not only on the web access (chrome)

`Actual Result`

Unable to download the generated file on the app, able to download it on the website only (e.g. using chrome)
