You likely can’t “reset” storage, but you can free it up by deleting files and chats. What you can do depends on where the files are stored:

1. Delete files saved in Library

Library keeps files you’ve uploaded so you can reuse them later and they count toward your 10GB per‑user cap.[Library]

To delete them:

  1. Open Library from the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Select the file.
  3. Click Delete (trash icon).

Deleted files are removed from your account immediately and scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days (subject to legal/security exceptions).[Library]

2. Delete chats that contain uploaded files
