Bug Report: unable to generate

`Steps to Reproduce`

i put in a picture with a prompt

`Expected Result`

i expected for it to generate what i put in

`Actual Result`

it doesn't generate but gives me the message "unable to generate" "unable to process request"

Sora, firefox, windows 11

No not yet, it's more stable on mobile app, but this has been bothering me since I want to use the web app to generate content on my PC

it dont let me use the app

and even after a night of it working it goes back to giving that message
