Bug Report: 5.4 thinking and no message once done

`Steps to Reproduce`

chat to 5.4 thinking (heavy) via web (enterprise but Reddit highlights non enterprise users also faced issue)
Upload excel file for analysis
Model thinks for 20+ mins (5.2 would do the same for this use case).
Finishes ‘thinking’ and no response in conversation
Prompt it to reply with the answer and it does it again.
When I say why aren’t you replying - it then says it’s working through it and will come back to me when done

Model should reply after thinking

`Actual Result`

Model doesn’t reply with answer - just says ‘thought for xx mins’
