Bug Report: worktree not clearing on codex app dropdown
`Steps to Reproduce`
  1. git clone a project
  2. point codex to project
  3. tell codex to do 3 parallel tasks and use worktrees
  4. check local project via git worktree list -v (codex removes the worktree when it merges)
  5. check the branch dropdown on the codex UI (lower left)
`Expected Result`

branches should match the 'git worktree list -v' on your local

`Actual Result`

old worktree / branches still there
