Bug Report: Message Limit After 1 Msg on Plus – All Models Blocked
`Steps to Reproduce`

Logged in on ChatGPT web (OperaGX), Plus plan ($20/mo).
Selected GPT-5.4 (or any model).
Sent 1 message.
Got "You've reached your message limit. Try again after 50 minutes" + Upgrade button.
Can't send to ANY model now and same error persists on switch.

`Expected Result`

Plus should allow ~160 msgs/3hrs on GPT-5 (fallback to mini after cap), no total block after 1 msg across all models.

`Actual Result`

After 1 msg, immediate limit with ~50-min timer blocks ALL models, no sending possible until reset. No fallback.

ya it was big but i did stuff like that in the past multiple times and never got that error before
