Bug Report: Codex Windows. Git not found in playground
`Steps to Reproduce`

Launch codex in a windows machine without git.

1.-end users who don’t knows what is git. There should be a way to tell them what to do.
2.- I don’t use windows env at all, I run all dev tools inside a WSL environment. Please include that flow from the beginning.

`Expected Result`
  1. The app should tell the user the instructions to install git.
  2. For advanced users, the option to connect to WSL environment first,
`Actual Result`

-There is no help to install git for beginners.
-there is no option to connect to WSL on the wizard.
