Bug Report: Plus subscription unexpectedly downgraded to Free plan on one account
`Steps to Reproduce`
Log into ChatGPT account that previously had an active Plus subscription.
Observe account plan shown as “Free” with option to upgrade to Plus.
Check other accounts with Plus; they remain unaffected.
No manual cancellation was performed on this account.
`Expected Result`
The account should remain on the Plus plan as long as the subscription is active and payment has not failed or been canceled. The plan status should display “Plus” and Plus features should remain available.
`Actual Result`
The account was automatically downgraded to the Free plan without user action. UI shows “Free plan” and prompts to upgrade to Plus, while other accounts still show active Plus subscriptions.
