Bug Report: Memory retrieval inconsistent
`Steps to Reproduce`

My account has many saved memories in Manage Memories.
Start a new chat and ask about characters stored in memory.
Sometimes the model recalls them correctly, but asking again may return a completely different answer.

`Expected Result`

The model should consistently retrieve saved memories from Manage Memories.

`Actual Result`

Memory retrieval is unstable. Sometimes it works, sometimes the memories appear missing.

Platform: Android (ChatGPT mobile app) App version: Latest version Network: Mobile data / WiFi Account: ChatGPT Plus Region: Malaysia
