Bug Report: GPT5.2 Conversation History Drift
`Steps to Reproduce`

Engage in a long conversation about something technical (e.g refactoring a codebase, asking lots of technical questions) for at least 50+ prompts

`Expected Result`

GPT5.2 responds to my last message as usual

`Actual Result`

It will respond to a question or message from earlier in the conversation thread or from a different conversation thread altogether
