Bug Report: Unable to Export Data
`Steps to Reproduce`

I followed the instructions to Export Data:
-Click on your profile icon on the top-right of the page.
-Select Settings.
-In the Data Controls tab, select Export data and submit your request.

`Expected Result`

Expected to receive an email with a link to download all of my generations from the last year.

`Actual Result`

Receive email that says the following, but never receive the actual export:

"You recently requested a copy of your ChatGPT data.
We have started preparing your data export. We will email you again when it is ready to download.
If you have any questions please contact us through our help center.
Best,
The ChatGPT Team"
