Bug Report: Unable to Export data
`Steps to Reproduce`

I followed the instructions to Export Data:
-Click on your profile icon on the top-right of the page.
-Select Settings.
-In the Data Controls tab, select Export data and submit your request.

`Expected Result`

Expected to receive an email with a link to download all of my generations from the last year.

`Actual Result`

I received a "Failed to Export Data" message with a 🙁 icon

I incorrectly responded to the other Unable to export data bug. I don't even get an email. I just get the Failed message above.
I also have this problem. Tried on multiple PCs / Browsers. I am unable to export my Sora 1 Media currently, in preparation for Sora 1 decommissioning.
We need someone from OpenAI to help resolve this.
Using the Privacy Center doesn't work if you are on Teams plan.

There's only 10 days left until Sora 1 is offline.
We need actual assistance @tender granite or someone else that can get actual contact with OAI staff.

Sora 1 is being deprecated in less than a week and neither of the export methods outlined in https://help.openai.com/en/articles/20001071-sora-1-sunset-faq#how-can-i-access-content-i-created-in-sora-1 - Export Data and Privacy Request - work. Despite multiple attempts, the zip files generated by these processes only contain a handful out of the several thousand image generations in my Library. Even if I manually select 100 images at a time and try to download them from the Library, the site eventually crashes. Please fix this, it doesn’t seem fair to only give us 2 weeks notice before deprecating this project and then also not providing us with any working options to export our data.
