`Steps to Reproduce`

Steps to Reproduce

Open ChatGPT macOS app

Archive a large number of chats in a short time frame

Quit and relaunch the macOS app

Observe chat list behavior

`Expected Result`

The macOS app should sync archived chats once and then stabilize, allowing normal use without continuous refreshing.

`Actual Result`

The macOS app continuously refreshes the chat list and never stabilizes. It appears stuck in a sync loop. The browser version of ChatGPT works normally with the same account.
