Bug Report: codex/MacOS/CLI. When I switch between the terminals windows it stops
`Steps to Reproduce`

Hard to say. It doesn't appear when I opened the codex again. It might be not deterministing. I was pasting some data to the session. Maybe that was the reason. Also I see, that there is no background color in the broken terminal/session.
For sure I've used codex --yolo.

`Expected Result`

The switching between the terminals should not stop the session.

`Actual Result`

The session stops when I switch between the windows.
