Bug Report: Upgrade to pro

`Steps to Reproduce`

Have plus subscription, try to update to pro on https://chatgpt.com/#pricing - have card with 3DS Secure. You get only warning with message, that maybe it should be verified - yes in my e-banking pops up verification for that payment, but website is already off that transaction.

`Expected Result`

I am able to pay for pro subscription.

`Actual Result`

Website goes back to choose subscription with the orange message on the top.
