Bug Report: Im Unable to see ChatGpt Inbound Responses
`Steps to Reproduce`

when I'm in new conversation thread in chatGPT, i started a conversation, but I'm unable to see the Inbound response messages from chatGPT.

`Expected Result`

Expected, when i chat, i should see the chatGPT response Reply.

`Actual Result`

Im getting Blank replies with no text. but when i copy the response. i can see the actual response generated by chatgpt.

Windows 11 Home Single Language
