`Steps to Reproduce`
Log into ChatGPT (paid account) on desktop browser.
Open any existing or new chat.
Enter a simple text-only prompt (no images).
Submit message.
Wait for response.
This consistently results in extreme delays (5–10+ minutes), freezing, or full browser tab crashes.
The issue occurs repeatedly across sessions and is not limited to image uploads.
`Expected Result`
ChatGPT should respond within seconds to basic text prompts without freezing, lagging, or crashing the browser.
The platform should remain stable and usable during normal workflow, especially for paid subscribers using standard desktop environments.
`Actual Result`
The browser, unresponsive, or crashes entirely.
Responses take several minutes to generate, even for simple prompts.
In many cases, the tab must be refreshed or closed, causing loss of workflow.
The issue happens consistently, not occasionally.
