Bug Report: ChatGPT web creates impossible dates in generated content
`Steps to Reproduce`

In this case it was explaining to me how to get my system date, and gave me an example output of "Sat Feb 22 22:41:03 AEST 2026". I have previously asked it to convert a epoch timestamp to a readable date and had similar behaviour, specifically the day of the week is incorrect. This is probably a mismatch between its system time and my local time and it is not combining them properly when inventing dates, as it is Feb 22 for me, and it will be Saturday for it. It is Sunday for me.

`Expected Result`

I would expect the day of the week to correctly match the day of the month. For that invented output I would expect Sat Feb 21 22:41:03 AEST 2026 or Sun Feb 22 22:41:03 AEST 2026

`Actual Result`

The actual result for both of these cases was a reasonably correct looking date with the day of the week incorrect by one day, eg Sat Feb 22 22:41:03 AEST 2026

`Environment`

Web, 5.2, MacOS, Chrome 138.0.7204.184
