Bug Report: Memory toggle turns off immediately after enabling

`Steps to Reproduce`

Profile > Settings > Memory > Enabling Memory - Then it's auto desactivate by itself after 5/10s.

`Expected Result`

Not desactivating, Staying Persistent.

`Actual Result`

Turning off after 5/10s.

Windows 10 22H2
