Bug Report: Sora 2 Extension Not Working
`Steps to Reproduce`

Create the original video on Sora 2
Extend the original video one time and wait for result

`Expected Result`

Extended 10 sec portion of video to run and follow events in sequential order

`Actual Result`

All 20 sec of the extended video ended up as 1 single frame (photo) of a portion of the extended video.
