Bug Report: Client-side discovery leak of what appears to be other workspace's private apps

`Steps to Reproduce`

Go to browse available apps

`Expected Result`

Only the typical SaaS slop

`Actual Result`

Test apps and what appears to be personal workflows. No app publisher shown. Adding them works, using them somewhat works (Ive only tried "Chelsea's Workflow")
