Bug Report: Why GPT-5.2 keep give me using GPT-4o-mini?
`Steps to Reproduce`

I choose GPT-5.2 on my laptop, and it always give me using GPT-4o-mini. I try about 50 times, it always give me this result. When I ask it, it told me it is using GPT-4. Although I choose GPT5.2 in the left-top side. When I try it in my another laptop, iPad and mobile phone, it mostly worked normal, sometimes also give me using GPT-4o-mini or GPT-4. But this laptop was occured most.
