Bug Report: Model Switching Doesn't Work (Regenerating)
`Steps to Reproduce`

When selecting a model in the model picker (top), for example instant GPT 5.2 it will always use that model even when you select regeneration and then 5.2 thinking.

`Expected Result`

It should use the model that was selected for regeneration. In this case thinking.

`Actual Result`

It used the instant model instead of thinking.
