I'm on the official website and there's a free trial offer for ChatGPT Plus for a month. On chatgpt.com

I put in all of my card information and it just tells me that my card is declined

I'm using a CashApp Card

My info is entered correctly. I have sufficient funds for if it wasn't a free trial. ChatGPT is not a "restricted merchant" for sponsored CashApp accounts (what I use). ChatGPT servers I think are working
