How do I export my ChatGPT data (conversations, etc.) as a ChatGPT Business user (I'm also the owner of the plan)?

The knowledge sources indicate that ChatGPT’s standard data export feature is not available for Business workspaces:
- For ChatGPT Business, “you cannot export your data on a Business workspace.” [Business export]
By contrast, export via Settings → Data Controls → Export Data (or via the Privacy Portal) is only documented for Free, Plus, and Pro personal accounts, not for Business workspaces. [Export history & data]
So, as a ChatGPT Business owner:
- You cannot run a workspace-level export of Business data using the normal export tools.
- If you also have a separate personal (Free/Plus/Pro) workspace under the same login, you can export that personal workspace’s data, but not the Business workspace’s data.
If you need something beyond this (e.g., compliance or logs), the knowledge sources don’t provide additional Business-specific export options; you may need to contact OpenAI support or your account representative for alternatives.
